Another Hit!!!! Everyone loved lunch! They loved the salad especially since it did not have lettuce and was very manageable. The Pork was a hit again, as well as the chicken salad ( reliable ), whitefish w/goat cheese (always a surprise ) the mushroom was also a hit. Everyone said everything was sooooo fresh!
Now I have to say I make brownies and usually everyone loves them. Those brownies were to die for. My brownies are nothing compared to yours. My business partner is always dieting. She took her brownie out of her bag and said she wasn't going to eat it. She ate the whole thing. OMG. They are the best. Also everyone loves the lunch bags.

Shermona – Everything you prepared was great! The crowd loved it and ate leftovers on Sunday for lunch – they didn’t want anything else! The butternut squash pie was fab – better than pumpkin pie!!! The vegetable gumbo was very pure – no fillers, clear broth and tasty kale, carrots etc. I usually don’t like kale, but it was the best I’ve ever tasted. Everyone raved. I can’t speak for the chicken and jambalaya, but it was a big hit, also. Perfect!
